Glenn J. Conger, PE
Glenn received his MS in Ceramic Engineering from
the University of Missouri - Rolla in 1972, with a minor in Engineering
Management. He is a Registered Professional Engineer and a Certified New
Product Development Professional.
In a career spanning nearly 30 years, he has headed
a number of product-development and commercialization business teams…most
of them in a matrix organizational environment. He has also participated
in the management of change during the course of corporate restructurings,
acquisitions, and divestitures. Specific process and application
familiarity includes glass, mineral pigments, refractories, ceramics,
plastics, paint/coatings, paper, and textile fabrication.
Glenn is a trained facilitator in the 3600
Performance Management Process. He was recognized in 1999 as "StoryBoarder
of the Year" by the Phoenix Creative Planning Center. Most recently, Glenn
was General Manager of a mid-sized aviation textile cut-and-sew facility
in Atlanta, Georgia.
Robert E. 'Bob' Largent
Prior to establishing his specialized consulting
practice in 1998, Bob was executive director of a state-wide non-profit,
member-driven human resource consulting organization. Before being
recruited to that position in 1996, he served one of its member companies
for over three years, first as human resources director and, later vice
president, retail operations, where he received national recognition for
his innovative human resource and total quality innovations.
Bob brings practical and successful experience in all aspects of business
development, human resources and employee relations’ management to
H.R.Management
Associates. He is
certified a Senior Professional in Human Resources and is a member of the
Society for Human Resource Management’s Consultants Forum. He is the
author of numerous training programs and workshops and is a frequent
facilitator and speaker at business and association meetings throughout
the country. He holds a bachelor’s degree in personnel management and a
master of public administration degree.
